Driven by his love for the off-road industry and his pursuit of the perfect off-road travel equipment, Lewis came up with the idea of developing an off-road caravan for his own use. With years of accumulated professional knowledge in the off-road community and hands-on experience in outdoor expeditions, he personally drew design sketches, optimized structures, and repeatedly tested and improved every detail, eventually building his first off-road caravan. This first-generation off-road caravan, which embodied all of his effort and passion, gained wide recognition from the off-road community upon its release, thanks to its strong off-road capability, human-centered design tailored for outdoor scenarios, rugged appearance, and high-quality craftsmanship. NJSTAR's independently developed off-road chassis has been proven through thousands of real-world applications, with zero chassis-related after-sales issues reported to date, demonstrating outstanding reliability and maturity in design.

To avoid unnecessary weight increase caused by over-engineering, the chassis adopts a lightweight structural design combined with reinforced key components, achieving an optimal balance between strength and weight. This ensures a rigid, tear-resistant structure without compromising efficiency or towing performance.

For long-term durability, the chassis undergoes a multi-layer protection process, including hot-dip galvanization, protective surface coating, and an additional underbody armor system, providing enhanced resistance against corrosion, impact, and harsh off-road conditions.

NJSTAR is designed with true off-grid capability, extending beyond power supply to include integrated water storage and onboard storage systems, enabling fully independent travel in remote environments.

Standard configuration includes 720W of solar power, with an optional upgrade to a 1700Ah lithium battery system (approximately 21kWh),providing extended energy autonomy for long-duration off-grid exploration.

Each caravan is also equipped with over 1000L of integrated storage space and a 180L fresh water tank, ensuring sufficient capacity for extended journeys without external support.
